Refund, Returns & Cancellation Policy

We do not entertain Returns or Exchanges as each order is customized according to the measurements provided by the customer.

However, Returns and Exchange of any Saaksha & Kinni product is only possible under the following conditions and by way of a credit note.

1. DAMAGED GOODS
   We closely inspect every piece of merchandise that leaves our store. If you feel your merchandise is damaged, you must let us know within 5 working days of receipt. A full account credit will be applicable for damaged products. Items cannot be returned on grounds of colour, choice or handwork.
2. WRONG ORDERS
   If the item you received is not what you originally ordered, please write to us with your order number and name. We shall ship the merchandise you requested for as soon as we receive our wrongly sent merchandise in its original form and packaging.

TERMS OF RETURN & EXCHANGE

For return or exchange, call or write to us and we will schedule a pick at no cost to you. We suggest taking video/pictures while opening the package in case there is damage.

Once we receive the returned product, it undergoes a quality check. Once approved new product will be shipped to you within 10 days from the date of approval from our QC team.

All items to be returned or exchanged must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and undamaged by you. Gunu Sahni Label will not incur shipping or insurance charges on merchandise that is canceled.

The returned goods must contain labels, tags, receipts,s, and another packaging with which the goods were sent to you. Gunu Sahni Label reserves the right to refuse return or exchange in case of missing packaging.

All returns will only be on a credit basis. A credit note will be sent to the billing address provided by you.

This amount will exclude shipping and handling charges. Exchange can only be in the form of repurchase via credit note.

We do not accept returns on specially ordered and customized items under any circumstances since all items have been customized as per your request and post your approval.

If you do wish to modify your order, please inform us as soon as possible. We will make every effort to accommodate your request. However, once an order has been submitted we cannot guarantee the purchase can be modified.

REFUNDS

All refunds are made by the way of a credit note only. If you wish to return or exchange your order because of one of the reasons mentioned above and approved by our QC team. You will be provided with a credit note which can be used for future purchases from our online store. The validity of the credit note will be 365 days from the date of issue of the credit note.

CANCELLATION

We do not entertain the cancellation of an order after 24 hours from receiving the order. However, if the order is canceled within 24 hours of the ordering, you will be refunded for the order placed.

There will be no cash or online payment refund for the cancellation of the order.

You will be provided with a credit note which can be used for future purchases from our online store. The validity of the credit note will be 365 days from the date of issue of the credit note.
